This has been one of the more prominent coffees coffees unexpectedly delivering a rich and complex flavour. Recent improvements in growing coffees in Nicaragua along with better processing stations in the country make it comparable to the high quality coffees from neighbouring Costa Rica coffees.
We highly recommend this one if you're a fan of Costa Rican coffees.
Central American coffees to the North such as El Salvador and Honduras both relatively milder coffees compared to the most recent Nicaragua harvest.
